Funcitonal Capacity Assessment

Counselling & Therapeutic Support

Systems
Support

A Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) evaluates a person’s mental health and ability to manage daily life across areas like self-care, relationships, and independence.

I complete FCAs to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations that support access to appropriate services and funding, ensuring people receive the right supports to improve their functioning and quality of life.

Counselling and Therapeutic Support helps individuals work through emotional, psychological, and behavioural challenges, build coping skills, and improve wellbeing.

I provide these services to support people in managing stress, mental health concerns, and life challenges, empowering them to make positive changes and improve their overall quality of life.

Systems Support involves helping individuals access services such as housing, Disability Support Pension (DSP), and other government or community resources.

I provide systems support to make navigating these services easier, reduce barriers, and ensure people receive the supports they need to live more independently and achieve their goals.
